Recognition of Prior Learning

We understand that many people applying for mid-year intake into business and law courses have already started a degree elsewhere.

Students admitted into a degree may apply for recognition of formal studies or professional work experience previously undertaken that relates to their course of study. If a student’s prior learning is deemed equivalent to any part of the course they may receive an exemption from one or more units of study thereby reducing the duration of their degree.

To apply for mid-year intake into a business and law course, please download and complete the relevant application form.

Closing date for application

The closing date for all mid year applications is: 11/07/08.

Enrolment

Enrolment for mid year intake will be held early to mid July. Successful applicants will receive a letter of offer with further instructions about enrolment time, date and location.
