1. Identifying Best Practice in Ethnic Chambers of Commerce, December 2003, Chief Investigator of Research Report Submitted to the Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development (DIIRD). DIIRD provided a competitive grand of $15000 for the report that was prepared for the Victorian Government’s Ethnic Enterprise Advisory Council.

2. Corporate Governance in Post-WTO China, May 2003, DEST Chinese Higher Education Strategic Initiatives (CHESI) Research Project, Member of Research Team (led by Professor Raman Tomasic and Professor Neil Andrews) that obtained a competitive DEST Grant of $134000.

3. Research Network: European Diaspora in Australia and its Engagement In European Integration, September 2005, Outreach Coordinator of the European Diaspora Research Network (EDRN) which was initiated under the European Union (EU) Jean Monnet Reflection Activities Program with a Competitive Grant of $66783.
