International Student ExchangeThe Faculty's exchange program gives students the opportunity to experience life in another country while still earning credits towards their degree. The Faculty has reciprocal agreements with 20 universities in 15 countries. The students remain enrolled at Victoria University and continue to pay the same fees as if they were studying at home. Students can spend one or two semesters enrolled at an overseas institution. Students must cover all their own living and travelling expenses but once approved are automatically eligible for the university exchange travel grant. The Faculty of Business and Law also offers students a grant of up to $1000, pro rata according to study load. To be eligible you are required to attend an interview. Students are recommended for the scholarship on the basis of their interview and written application. Students are only eligible to receive the Faculty scholarship once. The Faculty has an international student manager to help guide prospective exchange students through the application process, and advise on choosing appropriate subjects that will be recognised and credited by the Faculty. Eligible students must have completed their first year of study with a minimum course average of 60 per cent.
