Victoria University's innovative Centre for Work Integrated Learning benefits students and employers.
Its undergraduate workplace programs give Faculty of Business and Law students the opportunity to work in companies such as ANZ, Australia Post, Crown Towers, Ernst & Young, GM Holden, KPMG, Parks Victoria, Qantas, Toll Holdings, Sofitel Melbourne and the Western Bulldogs Football Club in Australia or overseas as part of their degree course.(See Participating Employers.) The programs produce highly qualified, well-trained individuals who can hit the ground running as graduates.
WIL students recently capped off their 2007
workplace-based activities with awards recognising their performance in a range of fields from tourism to international trade.

The workplace programs also provide organisations with a flexible source of talented, productive and motivated students to fulfil short-term needs. And it is cost effective – there are no recruitment fees.
